I want to print an order on the kitchen’s printer/ I want to print the final receipt of an order.
If the staff wants to print the items on their respective printers, they can do so after the order has been created. For this to work, staff must first add the printer from the Sections & Printers tab and map categories to that printer so that any item from that category can be printed over there. To learn more about how to add Printers to POS, click here.
Also, after the bill has been settled, the next step is to generate a bill receipt from the main printer and hand it over to the customer. This can be done right from the settlement page. They can also choose to ask for the customer’s mail id and email the bill to him.
