How to track the ongoing operations of all my outlets in HQ?

Please go through the article to know how you can close/open your outlets, take an overview of order status, commissions paid, and promotions/discounts of all your outlets from HQ.

You can view a summary of the ongoing operations of your outlets right from your HQ.

Steps to view an outlet’s current operations

Step 1- Login to your HQ account.

Step 2- Navigate to the EE HQ section.

You can select the outlet you want to track from the dropdown menu on the upper right corner of the screen.

Here, we want to see the ongoing activities for all of our outlets together.

In the first tab, you can view the running orders based on the outlets and order types. According to the screenshot attached, outlet Bliss has the most running orders(28), and out of the total 78 orders, 67 orders are for dine-in order type.

Next, in the Commission Paid Today tab, if you have integrated with any other food delivery platform(mainly grab food & foodpanda) and added the rates in the Platform Commissions section in POS, the commission on those orders will be reflected here. In this case, 1 foodpanda order has been placed and the commission for the same is RM 2.10.

Similarly, you can change the status of any of your outlet from the HQ itself.

Steps to start/pause your outlet's operations from HQ

Step 2- Navigate to the Outlets section in HQ.

Step 3- Search the outlet whose operations you want to close or start.

We want to close the ‘Fusion Cafe’ outlet’s operations here. Click on the green toggle. A dialog box will appear on the screen. Select the duration for the outlet to remain closed.

Here, we want to close the outlet’s operations until the day ends. You can select any custom time as per the requirements.

Click on the Confirm button once done.

To make the outlet live, click on the grey toggle button to turn it back green.
