Please go through this article to understand how to view and download customer reports for your outlets.
Merchants can view the details of the users who have placed orders with them and left a review or rating from the Reports section in the HQ. They can use this information to connect with their customers regarding any past orders or upcoming offers. They can also check the trend of ratings and reviews left by the users and work on the gaps to improve their services better.
Steps
Step 1- Login to your HQ account.
Step 2- Navigate to the Reports section and click on the Customer Report tab.
Step 3- From the upper right corner, select the outlet.
# In the Customer Data Report, all the customers who have placed orders with your outlet/s are reflected. When you will click on the Download Customer Data button, a dialogue box will appear on the screen.
You can specify the duration and type of customer here. We want to check the details of all the customers who have placed orders with us(all outlets) during the last week.
Click on the Confirm & Download button. The spreadsheet file will be downloaded to your computer.
You will find your users' contact details, their total purchases during that period, the outlets they placed orders from, and the latest date of order. You can connect with a customer over WhatsApp by clicking on the WhatsApp link provided.
Similarly, you can check the details of new users and repeating users over a time period.
# In the Customer Reviews Data, we can check the details of customers who have left a rating and reviewed their orders over a specific period. This helps the merchant to find out the reasons for bad reviews and improve their services.
Click on the Customer Review Data button, a dialogue box will appear. Specify the duration of the report.
Here, we want to look for reports for orders placed during the last month. Click on the Confirm & Download button. The spreadsheet file will be downloaded to your computer.
You will find your customers’ details and how they have rated your services and food.
You can also view your outlet's ratings on the user app.
