How to keep track of staff attendance in HQ?

I want to check the no. of hours my staff has worked/ I want to track no. of days my staff was absent.

Once staff has been added to the system, the staff center allows the owner to track the login activity of the staff and mark their attendance. This helps in keeping the record to calculate salaries (reductions if underworked or bonuses for overtime). Here, the owner can download bulk staff reports for any outlet or individual reports of an employee too.


Steps

        Step 1- Login to your HQ account.

        Step 2-  Navigate to the ‘Staff Center’ option from the side menu.

                          

        Step 3- Refer to the below-attached screenshot to see what a time card looks like in the staff center. The owner can view it for any date. Daily Time Card reflects the Clock In Time, Clock Out Time, and total working hours of the employee. The staff must clock in on arrival and clock out of the system at the end of the day for accurate reports. Rachel has clocked in at 5:45 pm, her working hours/duration will be calculated once she clocks out of the system.

           

    Here, we can search for an employee by filtering out the outlet or designation. To download the staff activity report for any outlet, click on the Download Historic Data button in the top-right corner. A Dialog Box will appear. 

        

In our case, we want data for Rachel and Alex. Once we click on the Export All button below, an excel sheet will start downloading.


         Step 4- To check the number of days a staff member has worked/was absent in a period of time, say, this month, click on the staff name in the daily time card. Custom dates can be selected from the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the screen.

           

   You can also export this data by clicking on the Export button in the right corner and the report will be downloaded.
