How does the table service feature work?

Please go through this article to get a better understanding of how you can manage the quick services requested by customers.

The Quick Service option in Easyeat’s User App enables customers to easily and quickly request what they need without having to leave their table or wait for a server/staff to come by. 

This improves efficiency for servers, reduces the chance of miscommunication, and enhances customer satisfaction. Additionally, by tracking customer requests for items like cutlery, restaurants can gain valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences, which can help them make data-driven decisions about staffing, inventory management, and other aspects of the business. 


When a customer requires a table service (either wants to call a server or asks for cutlery), he will click on the bell icon on the user app.

                                 

Once the request is placed, a notification prompt will appear on the Order Dashboard screen. The server/staff can view the request in the Table service section on POS.

Once the request is served, the server/staff can mark it as done from here.

The services that reflect in this section are the same as you had selected while filling out the onboarding form.
