How can I edit any existing platform on POS?

Please go through the article below to understand the process to edit details of the platform added on EasyEat POS

Once, the platforms are added and certain changes need to be made in the same, follow the steps below.

Step 1-  Login into your POS. 

Step 2-  Navigate to the ‘Edit Restaurant Details’ section.             

  Step 3-  Locate the ‘PLATFORM COMMISSIONS’ section. 

    Click on the Edit button in front of the platform you want to update/remove. A Dialog box will appear.

Step 4-  You can edit fields like Commission rate, Charge unit, Available order types, and Packaging charges as required. 

To save changes click on the ‘UPDATE’ button below.
