A total of 113 orders, amounting to RM3,216 in revenue, were generated during the campaign. This significant increase in orders demonstrates the campaign's ability to create a sense of urgency and drive immediate action among customers. ***Revenue and ROI Amplification*** While the total revenue generated during the campaign was RM3216, the amount spent by the merchant was only RM320, resulting in an impressive return on investment (ROI). With an ROI of 10x the initial investment, EasyEat's SMS marketing campaign turned out to be extremely profitable for all parties involved. This massive ROI shows how well the campaign worked to boost sales and increase profits for the merchant's restaurant. ***Conclusion*** The recent SMS marketing campaign by EasyEat is a great example of how well-targeted advertising efforts can work.
