I want to change my outlet’s operating hours. We serve for longer hours during the weekend. We do not want to provide delivery/dine-in or takeaway services all the time.
Step 1- Login into your POS.
Step 2- Navigate to the ‘Edit Restaurant Details’ section.
Step 3- Click on the ‘Edit’ button on the right.
Step 4- Navigate to the ‘Restaurant Operating Days/Hours’ section.
Step 5- In case the outlet wants to change the working hours for a specific day of the week, say, Saturday. Click on the Edit option in front of it. A dialog box will appear.
Step 6- In this case, we want to serve our customers till 12 a.m. To do so we’ll simply extend the end time to 11:59 pm.
To apply the same settings over other days and other order types select the options provided below. In this case, we want to operate for the same hours on Sunday and for Takeaway orders too. Refer to the screenshot attached.
Click on the Submit button.
*If an outlet wants to serve after midnight, they can add another slot using the ‘ADD TIME SLOT’ feature to the next day. For Example- If an outlet serves till 2 am on Sundays, they’ll have to add a slot to Mondays.

In this way, an outlet can manage working hours for different days and order types.
Step 7- Save and Refresh.
Please note: The Operating Hour is a necessary parameter to set. The timings that are set here let you create orders only during operating hours. The Meal Timings also can be set only during operating hours.
