How to edit existing staff using the Staff Center in HQ?

I want to change the login pin for an employee/ I want to change the contact details of an employee/ I want to assign another role to an employee.

The staff details in the HQ can be edited in the same way as they were created.

It has to be noted that in case you want to change the phone number of a staff member who has access to POS, it is required to generate a new pin first. The SMS will be sent only if a new pin is generated.

Also, if the staff has access to HQ, and you want to update the email address, then change the mail address in the ENTER EMAIL (FOR ACCESS TO HQ) tab and they will receive an SMS and mail to register again with the new mail id.


Steps

       Step 1- Login to your HQ account.          

        Step 2-  Navigate to the ‘Staff Center’ option from the side menu.


        Step 3-  Open the Manage Staff tab from the title bar. 

   

         Click on the Edit option in front of the staff you want to edit. Here, we want to generate a new login pin for Alex.


        Step 4-  Click on the ‘Generate New Pin’ option in the ‘Enter Pin’ tab.

      



        Step 5- Click on the Update button in the top right corner.

     


                Once updated, Alex will receive a text message on his phone. The snap of the same is attached here.
