How can I enable prepaid order workflow?

I want my customers to pay the bill amount before the order is confirmed by the kitchen and is served to them.

Enabling the Pre-Paid Order Workflow compels the customers to pay for the order amount before the order can be visible to the restaurant. Enabling this, the restaurants need not worry about the customers leaving without paying for the food as the order money will be collected beforehand.

How to Enable?

Step 1-  Login into your POS. 

 Step 2-  Navigate to the ‘Edit Restaurant Details’ section.   

  Step 3- Locate the ‘MISCELLANEOUS SETTINGS’ section and click on the Edit button in the right-hand corner.

Step 4- You can enable the prepaid order workflow for Dine In and Takeaway orders only. Simply click on the toggle in front of them to enable the feature.

Step 5- Save and continue.    

By default, this feature is turned off.
